IS it with the Four Seasons and Italian restaurants?? They show up in the most unlikely of desitnations: FS Miami, FS Costa Rica...?? (I remember more but am blanking at the moment...) I don't get it. There are so many other more interstsing possiblities. Is this just the common denomator they can get to work everywhere? Is there a compelling line of Italian chefs beating the door to the SF? What in the world could account for this
