It means voting for the Bloc is a vote for a Harper Government, and that is a totally unacceptable outcome for Quebec. I happened to like Gilles Duceppe and their stance on most of the social issues with the exception of EI. And in the past years, with the talk of sovereignty out of the radar, I felt the Bloc had been productive in Ottawa. I could conceivably vote for them if I were still living in Quebec though not very likely. But right now, it's not a time to change Government.
