Now let's see:

UAL comes in #2 in Best Overall Airline, #2 in Best Business Class for International Flights, and #3 in Best First Class. But then farther down the list, UAL comes in #3 in Worst Airline for International Travel. So does one therefore conclude that their international economy product is so bad that their first and business class ratings cannot make up the difference?

Besides, do you really want to rely on a survey that rate the Plaza Hotel as the Best Individual Hotel for Business Travel in North America?
