Airport staff are not supposed to touch award tickets except during Ir-Ops.

The only real chance you have is if U or X class is available on departure. They are certainly not going to rebook you into a revenue booking class.

The other option is to check with your ECH service center to see if V class is available. You would be voluntarily downgrading to Euro-Traveller, but it might be another option to look at.
