The seat map for this flight shows that ANA is only selling First Class and Economy, yet it is a 747-400 equipped with the ANA New Style seats in all classes. Does anyone know how to get assigned a seat in the Business Class or Premium Economy cabins that ANA is not selling on this route (either in advance or at the airport)? I'm a US Airways Chairman's Preferred member and Star Alliance Gold, would that improve my chances? Any comments would be welcome. Thanks!
