From everything I know, this hotel is considered CAT4 10K/nt. Not sure why the award redemption option is not on the website. Odd.

From the website:

The Aladdin Resort& Casino is only partially participating in the Starwood Preferred Guest program at this time. The hotel does not offer the Platinum Amenity Starpoint bonus, nor is complimentary access to the spa/health club available to Starwood Preferred Guest Platinum members. Please note that upgrades are being offered based on Starwood Preferred Guest member levels and preferences. Starwood Preferred Guest members do earn Starpoints for eligible charges, and the hotel accepts award certificate redemptions. Please contact the hotel directly for any further information.
