I've never had a problem getting my CO flights posted..however my wife traveled a couple weeks ago EWR-MCO-EWR...after 10 days the mileage still hadn't posted to her account...

I emailed and heard nothing..then called a few days later..giving all the details, including the confirmation #...they said it will take 3 - 4 weeks to get it posted...due to "tremendous backlog"....seems like a long time..
