There may be enough misconnects into IAD that there will be plenty of room on those flights regardless... any UX station in the area is getting slammed by ATC into Dulles. The UX staff I've spoken to aren't real pleased at the winds and have all been scrambling to get people fixed on international itineraries. I know they're seeing in some cases 2 hour delays in getting their planes and another 2-3 in ATC holds after that, so there are plenty of pax who are going to be in trouble at IAD tonight.
