Same thing happened on AC 04 today.

Departing NRT on route to YVR the IFE didnt work. The menu system was functional but nothing could be viewed.

They were pretty quick at handing out a compensation form worty 3,000 aeropesos. I asked if that was the best they could do but the incharge said that sall they are authorized to do.

So i asked for a second meal :P hahah ^
