Hi everyone.. I'm newbie to Flyertalk..
Just wondering what you guys' thoughts are for my AC 15 flight. The IFE didn't work for the first 7 hours.. The software works but the movies didn't load at all.. So we were stuck with no IFE when the program suddenly works by the 8th hour of the 15-hour flight!
What was worse was that the FAs were told to turn off the system and "let it rest" and they turned off all the power in the J cabin.. So we couldn't even adjust our seats for our naps right after lunch!
I'm just wondering what I should do (ie, whether to complain or not since it did work for the 2nd half of the flight) and what should I expect if I do file a complain. This is the first time I flew in J for this flight and it's already making a bad impression.....
