The airtrain in very convenient and very easy to use.

When you exit the terminal the station is straight ahead. Look at the monitors or the plans which train you have to use to terminal 1 (I used the airtrain for the first time last year in may, so I donīt remember every detail). When inside the train, they say which terminal is next. So donīt worry.
