best:

Bali Sheraton Lagoon : Stayed on a reward stay and got a beautifull suite
In my experience most Asian properties will upgrade you, sent a fruit platter and locate you on a club floor.


Worst:

Sheraton Suites on the Hudson : Stayed on the cash & points promo and got what must have been the worst room in the house. I hardly had any status regognition at Starwood properties in the States, except from the Sheraton New York where they allways put me in a club room (might be because I just always take the elevator and check-in upstairs )
