If you're talking about that CO express terminal at EWR, I'm not sure which is worse -- being in a cramped, noisy plane, or in a truly bus-station-like waiting room where little kids run around screaming, 3 different announcements are on the speakers at once, and chaotic lines loop around and back at the gates...
