When I was researching it a few weeks ago, the only reviews I could find were between slightly negative and lukewarm. I just got back, though, and it was fine. As a gold, I got a room on the 17th floor, and access to the lounge. Breakfast was included, and was pretty so-so. All of the people with whom we dealt were quite nice, though there was no concierge on the weekend. If you tell the doorman you want a taxi, he'll give you a private car, so you may want to walk out to the street and hail a real one yourself. People generally prefer the Marriott's location, since there is a lot more to do there; we ended up taking a taxi down there 3 or 4 times over the two days we were there. I think it was like a 20 minute ride. That being said, the Sheraton is a short walk from a pedestrian mall that we really enjoyed. Plus, there was some sort of Easter parade right out front. We didn't try room service or any of the restaurants. The casino was certainly not up to Vegas strip standards - most of the slot machines were nickel, and there were only three to four tables open at any given time. They have blackjack, roulette, craps, and Carribbean Stud. The rate was like $75 a night, and they let us check in a 6:00am for $20 extra. Plus, there's a cool park one or two blocks south of the hotel.
