I would suggest 11B or 11C as those are the aisle seats directly before row 12 (11 lets u recline a little and 12 doesn't). They allow u to board last and deplane first. I HAVE to take the ATR 72's whenever I fly CO and TW from MEM so I am very familar with the whole puddle jumpers so be prepared to be cramped.
