I think that the only way to see an AA-originated itinerary is on AA.com. Really wierd that an AA booking has all the earmarks of a Sabre booking, but you can't use any of Sabre web based tools to view it.
If you have AA email you an itinerary copy, then you can see the PNR's of the other OW airlines that AA made for you. Look at a CX flight and you will see a notation REF:xxxxx That is the PNR in the CX system. Don't know if you can view via the web.
