Best: Sheraton Park Lane (2 nights) - Two rooms upgraded on free stay. Very large and spacious rooms for London.
Aladdin (2 nights)- upgraded to a view of the strip overlooking the Bellagio

Worst: W New York (16 nights) - No upgrades available. No acknowledgement of Gold.
