Actually LH did promote it outside Germany in my case. I received an email even though my M&M account is located outside Germany.
I am actually glad I can't use it because I already have a nonrefundable ticket to Germany and would have been mad if the price would have been lower.
Now I am trying to convince my family to come visit me
but they refuse to fly eco for 11 hours
