Germany really has an attitude problem.
I would not generalise, not all germans have an attitude problem. Maybe I have, but I can well live with it.
I still think that this was well calculated, everything else would be naiv. But I donīt get the point as mentioned: Lufthansa is celebrating only for those who travel in Y, leaving all good paying customers unattended.
Those passengers who are that flexible, who can decide over the weekend, without carring for work or colleges are the winners of this promotion. I guess at least 50% of the passengers who book their ticket now wolud have choosen LH anyway. I wonder what the shareholders thought is now.
As I said before, the hype was too much about this promotion. And there are more unhappy customers know than before (Donīt forget those who desperately tried to book a regular C ticket today!) I booked my next couple of flights with AF this afternoon and even saved money.
