There is a Lufthansa employee and a guy that takes care of your luggage. They meet you at the gate. You will pass immigration without waiting and go to collect your luggage. The LH employee will hand you over your passport at the belt and send you to your limousine. Wonderful service. LH did a great job on the new tier!
