9. Any employee who wishes to travel on a carrier that is significantly more expensive than the lowest fare offered may do so if the employee pays the difference between the lowest fare offered and the fare of their choosing. The same policy would apply to hotels.
10. Employees may take personal time when adding onto a flight if it will result in an airfare decrease. (e.g. work is M-F, but the fare decreases if they stay until Sunday. Allow them to do so at their own expense. Or heck, if it's a huge savings, cover their hotel.)
11. There will be NO corporate travel department. Each employee shall be free to make their own travel arrangements. However, misuse of this trust will be deemed a violation of company policies and disciplinary action will be taken accordingly.
