They must be changing the schedule for the summer, moving it ahead 6-1/2 hours.

If you are connecting from the US, and arrving on AC, you won't have to go through the luggage security. Your bags will be checked all the way through onto the aircraft and you will take a shuttle bus to the infield terminal where the flight will board. You won't have any of these extra security elements on the Canadian side, just the return from TLV.

BTW, there really is only one operating terminal at TLV for all intents and purposes. It is a new facility and easy to navigate.
