Just remembered more:

Seattle Sheraton: Upgraded to a huge corner room high floor, which I think was in the center of the hotel. (I think the hotel is like a V-shape or something). Treated very well by staff, and no questions about late check out.

W Seattle: Upgraded to a huge corner room.
