7. Lodging and meal expenses incurred by staying over a Saturday night at either end of a trip to get a lower air fare are covered, up to whatever a later departure or earlier return would cost in total.
8. If travel costs are being reimbursed by a client that has a more liberal travel expense policy for its employees (e.g., F travel on long trips) and they are willing to reimburse our travel per that policy, it's OK use theirs.
