Word of caution to DCA-SEA about a vacation to PV in July, August or September. Have been traveling to PV for several years and learned long ago not to go during these months--unless you really like HOT and HUMID. The town is also perty empty, except on weekends when the locals come to town. May is a little hot, but the humidity usually does not set in until June.
