I have stayed there twice in the last year, both times on the executive level. I would agree that the rooms could have used a good cleaning. Also, each stay my key card would not work. It could take up to 30 tries to get it to open the door.

The staff help was fine, but it got old asking them to make a new key card every night. This also happened to my brother when he stayed there.

Many of the rooms on the floor are very small and the view of the lake is partially blocked by a large building.

They did provide a nice gift bag and a can of cookies in the room. I'm going back down there in April and am staying at the Hilton Garden Inn this time.

Breakfast was nothing great and I was never there in the afternoon.
