I also fall into the Olay camp, mostly because (1) my mom used it and looks good, (2) it's one of the few things I can use w/ my sensitive skin that doesn't sting and (3) it's inexpensive and easy to find. I've also started using the Dove skin care line which my dermatologist recommends as being very mild and which I like very much.

swise, that's funny about the DHC line - I really like their stuff! I've never tried the olive oil thing, but the "mild soap" is really great...very mild indeed. I had an eye cream from them that I like also, and it's rather inexpensive.
