The answer is, unfortunately no - as they all deny that they can do anything about it, or come up with other nonsense & stuff.
Tried again today at 5.40 pm - 1st port of call to tescomobile & this bloke is going to mail me a VAT invoice, which I have to attach the delivery note to, & mail off to Tesco Clubcard to get my points applied.He deemed this the best method.
Then tried calling Clubcard, and an Elaine put me on hold to call TescoMobile (none of the previous people at Clubcard did this before) - however instead of her talking to them , as I thought would happen - I was diverted onto tescomobile, where a bloke initially told me to go back to the store, then told me I had call the wrong number & needed Sales. I explained to him that Clubcard put me through to him, not me, so he said he would put me back. After various phone adverts It then dawned on me that they were now closed, being 6pm, so hung up.
Contact Numbers- the order email confirm. says the number for the Sales Support Team is 0870 900 4455. This however, is a complete lie - it is 0845 900 10 10 . Clubcard is 0800 591 688. However you are unlikely to get anywhere.
