WORST : Sheraton Mirage Gold Coast

Given room just above the carpark entrance, facing the main road to Seaworld. Front desk agent refused to change the room with the excuse that no other room is available.

Gave the Duty Manager a call, and given a choice of 2 very quiet room to choose from. GM admitted in his email that it was one of the worst room in the resort and we should not have been given that room.


BEST :

1) St Regis Beijing

A very nice suite upgrade, confirmed in advanced.

2) Westin Excelsior Florence

Jr Suite upgrade with large terrace overlooking square/river.
