All excellent suggestions... very much along the lines of what we were thinking.
(We are coming out of an environment that requires you to track down an exec to get a signature if you want to take a non-stop flight that is $10 more than the three-stop flight on a discount carrier... and where tips routinely get recalculated because the tipper rounded up rather than putting down 15% to the penny.)
