Well, the language in the ad is not an iron clad guarantee that all JetsGo FAs will be hired by AC should other equally or better qualified ex-AC FAs also be applying. Any selection process is a combination of various considerations and if the ex-AC FA candidate has an exemplary record with AC, I would think AC would hire such people ahead of any JetsGo folks. I guess I detect that perverse "stick to the letter of the contract versus the spirit of the contract". If you are still accusing AC of not wanting to take back any of their "expired" ex-FAs, you are still being very circumspect.
