BEST:
I'm an SPG gold, and most recently we were given a nice corner room with a slight harbor view at the Sheraton Hong Kong. They treated us very nice.

At the Sheraton Crystal City in Wash DC, we were given a room on the top floor with this huge bed that you had use a stool to get into. It was huge...the bed that is. The room was quite nice too, and much better than the other rooms.

WORST:
The 4 points at SFO is a nice property and a good value. I think the rooms there are nicer than some Sheratons out there. We stayed there multiple times during some stupid promotion. We inquired about it, since we saw the little sign at the desk, and they knew nothing. They couldn't even find anyone who knew anything about it. Everytime we stayed they said they only upgrade Platinums, which I don't know is true or not. But the couple times we stayed there the people weren't very pleasant.
