I hear ya. Last week, I had a "Meat Hangover" for two days....felt just like an alcohol hangover....dry-mouth, sluggishness, fatigue....I know it was from the meat, as I didn't drink (Lent...ended...pour me another one...).

Off topice, sorry for thread-jacking, but I read that if you are slightly allergic to a food, your body craves it b/c eating the food causes a rush of endorphins. Anyone hear that or is that just flaky?
