GO Transit has not changed the seating arrangement to three across. Two across seating is cramped enough, thank you.

There is a real train 48 (VIA: Toronto to Ottawa at 1730.) It carries a lot of long-distance commuters to points beyond GO's network. I have ridden the real train 48 and can assure you the passengers are not a bunch of jerks.
