LH use a different reservations system to UA, called Amadeus. Your booking will therefore be on both UA's own system and the LH (Amadeus) system.
First of all, you should be able to see these flights on United.com by logging into the site with your Mileage Plus number and password. If you do not already have a password then you will need to register for one on the site.
You can also see the entries in LH's reservations system. Call MP and ask them for the Lufthansa or Amadeus reservation locator (also known as a PNR or Passenger Name Record). They should give you a six letter/number sequence (e.g. Y2NSKG).
Go to
www.checkmytrip.com and enter (1) the LH/Amadeus reservation locator and (2) your surname. The LH flights on your booking should then appear. You can click on the seat assignments to see what the rest of the cabin is looking like (i.e. which seats are open or reserved). Note that any flights on UA that you may have as part of the booking will not show up here (they will only appear in UA's own systems).
MP will also be able to email you the details (indeed the LH code may be contained in the original email or fax you received when making the MP booking).
