The Novia staff in the lounge was really nice and helpfull to us on Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd of March!. Due to the delays caused by the snow in amsterdam they tried to help us and tried to get information about our delayed fligths. (much better attitude then the ground staff of customer service)
On the other hand the lounge was not clean and a lot of cupboards and bookcases are placed in front of the windows so the view is not optimal.
But again, spending on the Wednesday 6 hours and the Thursday 9 hours, in the lounge the service was great which will do forget you what is not okay.
