Hyatt provides full elite benefits on PL and hotwire as well, though no stay credit anymore.
Last year, on several occasions, we've been upgraded to suites, received free breakfast / lounge access, and a welcome amenity, all on a $28 stay. In addition, we use to be able to combine this with an eligible charge and get 1/2 a Faster Free Nights and bonus points.
Remember to bid using the eBay portal to get $10 worth of anything points for a 3*, $15 for a 4*.
