both are V codes, does anybody know whether V codes are upgradable and how much AC aeroplan they earn. Or is it better to put them on Miles and More LH?

V class on LH metal is upgradeable with LH miles, LH SEN e-upgrade vouchers, or, I believe, UA SWU's. It earns 100% of flown miles in most Star FF programmes.
