Is there an easy way to check the number of available First class seats on a given flight?

I am waiting for an upgrade confirmation for AA1904 tomorrow morning and nothing has come through so far... I am EXP so the 100 hour window applies but it's not looking good with less than 24 hours to go...

Is there a website I can use to see if it's full already?
