NW website lists this lounge under WorldClub Directory. So it clearly means that all WC members can have access to it (otherwise it won't make any sense). It also falls into "affiliated partner lounge" catagory and your Asian Gold card is good enough.

When I was at CDG March 14, I was unable to use my WC card to enter the lounge in CDG 2. They allowed me in with my SkyTeam Elite Plus card. I mentioned this to a WC agent in DTW (my next WC stop) and called the WC help line once I retruned. They were supposed to contact the liason to straighten things out as they were under the belief that there was an agreement with the CDG 2 (Air France) club. It sounds to me like your card has the correct language to allow you access even if this hasn't been straightened out.
