I dont remember seeing the SQ lounge this time out (I think I saw it near the TG lounge recently).....The TG lounge is small and seems always packed with Star Golds so I want to try the SQ lounge next time if its available....Im probably going again to MNL in a few weeks.....

There is a SQ lounge in MNL. Just before the escalator to the boarding area. (on your right). You will need to go through the body check 1st, before proceeding to the lounge,
