There is no such model as a 777-100. UA does have some older -200 (non-ER) 777s. However, all of UA's 777's have P&W engines while CO's have GE90's, so I seriously doubt CO would want them.

Oh, not to mention the cost of downgrading the interiors from E+/49C+/12F Suites to CO's cattle-ship international 777 config....
