Lots domestically and minimally internationally--what do you want to know?
I am now Air China Gold and can say the benefits are minimal but appreciated. If you fly domestic in China and you are tall, consider buying First or Business Class. The fare difference is small (in absolute dollars) since the base fares are pretty cheap. For short flights, I can tolerate the VERY tight seat pitch but for 2 or more hours, it is nice to have the room.
International pitch can be better than domestic. Don't expect the service or amenities of other Asian carriers though--OK but if I have the choice, I fly other carriers internationally.
