The front of Asian Gold card says "Access to All World Clubs and Affiliated Partner Lounges".
So even if you fly domestic or even if you don't fly, you can always go to World Club for a drink
So that's why I said it is more generous than SkyTeam Elite Plus.
You should be able to use WorldClub or CO's PC or KLM, but you should call NW to check if you can use AF lounge. IF you can't use it, then you can always go to WC, PC, KLM in CDG.
