Two weeks ago I stayed at the Nathan Hotel in Kowloon for $51 (+fees, so $71 at the end). I was very satisfied with this basic, yet clean hotel. The location was great for the Night Market (right around the corner) as well as the Jordan MTR station. It was a good value - I'd definitely stay there again.
