Thanks for all the replies! It appears that the car rental rates are cheaper on the German sites than on the USA sites. For example, a BMW 530d at www.e-sixt.de is 104 euros but the same car at www.sixtusa.com is
289 euros! Will I run into problems if I book on the German site (which says my country of residence is Germany)?
