I just called Diamond Special Services and they out right refused to register me for any promo since I was not 'targeted'. These promotions are for people who "don't stay with them that much and they are trying to boost their stays" - HELLO? Diamonds who don't stay that much? Get real. Not helpful at all - very disappointing that I did not receive any of the promo offers.
