"Wind up artist"? I am truly trying to understand where y'all are coming from. It makes no sense to me. If things are that bad, take your $ and go elsewhere, like you have threatened to do so many times before. But you won't do it. Just trying to understand why. If I were that unhappy about a company with which I do business, I would simply take my business elsewhere. It seems simple.
