I have found travel sized Sebastian hairspray at Trade Secrets, Frizz-Ease at Bartells, and Loreal Elnett at Boots in the UK and even in the train station stores in Germany.

I like the Loreal Elnett the best, because it doesn't get stiff or sticky, and leaves my hair looking shiny and soft, but Sebastian probably holds the best.
