I'm going to disagree with you on your first point. I would fax copies to the 2B's ( Ashby and Lakefield ) and may even Bronner. The wanna B's at this point don't mean much. Deb is the one manager at US who does get it, but can't do much about it. Don't bother faxing it to Lime Boy, because he doesn't want to get it.
As to the second part, if you're are going fax your receipts, find a lipstick ad and send it with them. They'll get it. Trust me.
